Are you being heard in Halifax?
Find out in just a minute.
Alexa is a world-wide phenomenon.
Which brings up a question…do you want listeners around the world? If so, you need to localize your Alexa Flash Briefing for each country where you want listeners.
Amazon is set up in a localized fashion, so that folks in Canada have their own amazon.ca and so on. To get listeners in those areas, we have to set up additional Flash Briefing code, which creates a localization.
You don’t have to do anything different in your workflow, your recording works for all your localizations (unless they’re different languages). Also, each localization needs its own 5-star reviews.
I charge a small fee for setting these up, most of my clients see a bump of more than 20% to their traffic when enabling all 5 English-language localizations instead of just one.
So, if you want to go international, just let me know. I’m Jeff Smith, the Alexa Guy. Thanks for listening!
